From another career, and never back
Jayden came to property from a different career. He made the switch, found the work suited him, and never looked back. That is the whole origin story, and he would rather keep it accurate than dress it up.
Since 2019 he has worked across HDB resale, condominium, landed homes and new launches, handling more than 200 transactions. Volume matters less than pattern recognition: after a few hundred deals you know which asking prices are real, which timelines slip, and which upgrade plans quietly run out of cash at step three.
His approach is unhurried. A first conversation usually ends with a clearer picture and no appointment booked. If the numbers say hold, he will say hold, even when that means no transaction this year.
